Diversity Section Two

We believe that when we celebrate our differences, we can create a better Impact.

Diversity Section Three

Here are some of the ways we are creating change

The Impact Diversity Committee consists of Congressman Danny Davis (IL 7th), former Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White, Impact Chief Diversity Officer Bill Jacobs, and additional members of Impact leadership.

The Indianapolis Latino Community Development Corporation operates with the mission of bringing joy to underprivileged children every year at the Santa Comes to Town Event. Impact’s Indianapolis office helps to organize, host, and execute this event every year.

The Safer Foundation gives people with criminal records the tools, training, and resources to enter the professional workforce. Impact provides resources and insight into the required skillsets to be considered for positions in technology.

Letters to Santa takes the letters children from less-fortunate households send to Santa and gives them to adults who can anonymously buy those children the gifts they asked for. Impact participates in this program, and it is always a highlight.

Women at Impact promotes gendered diversity and inclusion in tech with professional development opportunities, leadership experiences, and a professional network. It helps women advance their careers by creating a community focused on education, empowerment, and inclusion

Impact U. works with underserved schools to provide the tools they need to help their students explore, promoting diversity and inclusion in tech education, and gives interested young adults opportunities to work directly with our professionals, learning more about the industry and the technology itself.

Moving Forward

We understand that diversity, equity, and inclusion is an ongoing effort. We are pleased with the steps we have taken so far, but we’re looking forward to further expanding them in the future. True equity will still require a great deal of work to achieve, but we believe that, together, we are more than up to the challenge.
