Join Our Team as a Marketing Operations Analyst at Impact, a Nationally Recognized Best and Brightest Workplace!        

We are hiring an innovative Marketing Operations Analyst to launch, track, and measure the success of various marketing campaigns in key marketing systems.               

The ideal candidate is experienced with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and can support our team as we create a single source of truth for reporting on all marketing activities and programs.

The Corporate Marketing team consists of creative and data-centric professionals including designers, writers, social media analysts, event coordinators, and digital communication specialists.    

Responsibilities:                
- Manage day-to-day technical aspects of key marketing systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ZoomInfo, 6sense) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads              
- Maintain subscription center and lead segmentations according to best practices for email marketing               
- Create Hubspot backfill campaigns to improve data for marketing attribution reporting              
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management              
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities tracking engagement and business impact              
- Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing              
- Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices. Utilize A/B testing to “test and learn” while driving a culture of continuous improvement              
- Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements              
- Assist in developing robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring              
- Work with Digital Innovation team to produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact in a cohesive dashboard              
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance              
- Become the go-to for CRM processes. Work with Marketing Operations Manager to build documentation               
- Build audience lists for various channels and campaigns               
- Assist in developing and reporting on KPI's for marketing performance               
- Ad-hoc reporting for different marketing channels               
- Stay up to date on relevant data privacy laws and important changes in the marketing tech ecosystem              
- Review former campaigns to understand strategy and determine areas of strength and weakness to help design future campaigns              
             
Things We Are Looking For:               
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience              
- 2 years' of hands on, day-to-day experience with MAP (ideally HubSpot) as a super admin              
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills              
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI preferred              
- Great follow through and follow up              
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively              
- Initiative - When you see a problem or area that needs improvement, you act on it!              
- A data-driven mindset - You never make a decision without pulling reports, tracking results, and analyzing data so that you can determine the best way to proceed
