Impact is hiring a Digital Media Specialist to join our nationally ranked Best and Brightest workplace!  

The Digital Media Specialist will work within the Account Services Team and Impact Managed Marketing as a department, working with the team that manages media marketing projects (paid/organic/traditional/OOH) across multiple accounts. They will report directly to the Associate Director of Media. On a daily basis, they will work with internal tools and staff coaching them in job specific skills like campaign analysis, campaign planning and development of performance optimization strategies and deliverables while also providing coaching that develops and reinforces soft skills like critical thinking, learning, problem solving, communication, etc. When necessary, they will create materials for and attend client meetings to present work. 
In addition to their focus on the media team specifically, the Digital Media Specialist will work with other Impact Managed Marketing Departments and other relevant stakeholders to ensure all relevant parties have the processes, tools and skills necessary to ensure that our clients’ needs and requirements consistently are met.

Responsibilities 
- Collect and understand market data and consumer behavior regularly in order to stay on top of trends 
- Audit and understand the activities of our client’s competitors in order to make recommendations and monitor success 
- Develop audience personas/targets utilizing insights and monitoring to inform cadence, messaging and spend recommendations 
- Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns for our clients to ensure success 
- Recommend and monitor spend for campaigns 
- Ability to report accurately and effectively on numerous channels and activations 
- Create dashboards and regularly report on success of campaigns to the team and client 
- Manage campaigns across multiple clients (any industry) with multiple client teams 
- Contribute to and inspire the team you’re working with 
- Constantly looking to improve self and others around you 

Things We Are Looking For 
- 2-5 years experience in PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads 
- 2-5 years experience in social advertising such as Meta / LinkedIn 
- 2-5 years experience with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) 
- 2-5 years experience with email marketing 
- Bachelors Degree 
- Demonstrable experience working in both B2B and B2C environments, as well as specific client experience within the small to medium business sector. 
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills 
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage conflicting requests and timelines and prioritize effectively, working well under pressure in fast-paced environment          
- A self-starter keen to make a difference in a growing business with existing clients 
- Hands on experiences with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Etc.) 
- Hands on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio 
- Hands on experience with social SaaS platforms (Sprout/Sprinklr/Brandwatch/Hootsuite) 
- Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus 
- Experience with research resources is a plus (SEMRush/Kantar/MRI/Ahrefs) 
- Experience with lead generation strategies/tactics is a plus 
- Experience with inbound marketing/content marketing is a plus 
- Experience managing other digital media analysts/specialists is a plus
